5/5 Excellent
"A clean campsite with nice amenities such as restaurant, market and swimming pool and a shuttle bus too.
We stayed on a chalet with two private restrooms and has a complete working dining area.
Unfortunately, the electricity went off during our stay but they were able to fixed the problem immediately.
I definitely recommend this place."

"We had an amazing experience at this hotel during our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful with great recommendations. The room was very clean as well."
"Our room was very spacious with a big, bright bathroom. Everything was immaculate, and the staff and service were top notch. Even though it's right along the train tracks, it was absolutely silent. The bed was the most comfortable one we had in our month long trip around Italy, and it wasn't even close! There was very secure parking onsite, and half a block from the hotel, you can hop on a tram that takes you right to Santa Maria Novella, or walk there in less than 15 minutes. This was a great stay for us! "

"Very well located hotel. Easy walking to everything. Super convenient to train station. Felt safe with high pedestrian volume and police station across street. Staff very friendly— super nice. Only negative is that room needs more storage for clothes."
