"The house was amazing. Clean, and had every amenity imaginable. Full service kitchen. Multiple TV and sitting areas. Pool table, ping pong table, cards, board games. There was a full individually prepared breakfast every morning with fruit, bagels, muffins, eggs, French toast, bacon, sausage, juice, coffee, the works. Highly recommended as a great reasonably priced get away. I would suggest doing this stay with friends, the accommodations are perfect for this type of trip to the finger lakes ( Seneca ) region!"

"I come back to this house every year with a group of friends. It is the perfect location for us to explore wineries, hike trails, and visit Watkins Glen. We love the openess of the house and exceptional outdoor living space and often spend afternoons outside enjoying the lake views. Julie is a fabulous host who has added a lot of small details to the property that make it welcoming. We plan to keep coming back!"

"This is probably the best VRBO I've stayed in. From the minute we entered the home, I knew it was a winner. First, it was incredibly clean: not a speck of dust on a surface nor a piece of dirt on the floor. The hosts had so many amenities I never would have thought of. The coffee bar was incredible, complete with syrups. The kitchen had everything we needed in the way of appliances and dishes and flatware. The robes in the bathrooms were a special touch that was appreciated. Commonly forgotten toiletries were provided . There was literally nothing that we needed.We spent evenings at the outdoor tables and chairs with the cafe lighting drinking wine, which was delightful. It is a few minutes to the town of Watkins Glen, which has a number of restaurants. I would definitely stay here again on our next visit to the Finger Lakes."

"I would leave zero stars if I could. We booked through VRBO and the host claims to not have gotten the info. He lead us to believe it was ok and he would still get the place ready for us within 2 hrs (as half of our party had already arrived in the area). After a 4hr ride, we arrive to find he is cancelling our reservation and now he says he supposedly double booked. Either way he lied to us when he said he was getting it ready. This left our family of 6 and 2 pets four hours from home with no where to stay. "

The kitchen is well-appointed, the bedrooms are spacious, and there's plenty of games on the shelves and in the game room to entertain everyone! The location offers stunning views of Lake Seneca, and is minutes from downtown!"
