"There is a nice front porch to have your coffee and always a nice breeze off the lake in the back yard for cocktail hour!The best part is that the Harbor Hotel and the water front bar - The Lucky Hare, are within a very short walking distance. Every now and then a train goes by slowly , adding to the charm. You can hear the engineer blow the whistle, so you have time to watch it go by. This is our 3rd year"

"Great location and space! Perfect for my wife and three adult children. Lots of stairs (the condo is 4 levels, including the garage on the ground floor). Easily walkable to everything in town and perfectly situated to get to either sides of the lake. Our first visit to the area and didn’t disappoint! Two parking spots in back, plus easy street parking in front. Enjoyed the little community area with chairs and firepit right on the lake. If you are looking for 3 beds, lake views and walkable to town, this is the place."
