"I only give 4stars because when we get there, I was told the room we booked was no longer available without any one reaching out to me the day before.I had to get the supervisor involved but they were still unable to get the room I paid for because they claimed there were rodent activity in the room. I guess rodent activity only happens when I decided to pay and stay in that room for that particular day."

"The air conditioning was not working at all. It was 75° in my room. I contacted the front desk and they said the entire facility did not have air-conditioning. I was on the 49th floor and I opened my windows, but it was still very noisy and it barely cooled down. That was the only negative of the stay. I was in the city for business and only staying one night anyway."
