"The hotel commands a stunning position overlooking Puerto de la Cruz and if you choose an Ocean View room you will get both, a wonderful sight to wake up to. We ate in one of the hotels restaurants and the food was outstanding. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly and we hope to return one day.. "

"The Hotel its self was amazing. Our room was very lovely and the cleaning of the room was great. There was only 2 things that let it down, the Mediterranean restaurant and the bar. The service in the Mediterranean restaurant was not what I would expect from a 5 star hotel. The bar we had to wait 40 minutes for a drink. On the other hand the service we received from the Italian restaurant was fantastic, you would of thought you were in a different hotel. This doesn't take it away that the hotel is fantastic and looking forward to return in the future. "

"Staff was polite, helpful and friendly. Room was well equipped, very clean and everything was in good working order. Excellent breakfast, perfect location. Our only difficulty was with parking. There is no parking nearby."
