"It was a clean apartment. It was a safe and the front-desk staff was quite helpful. We brought our own soap, shampoo, and tissues, since the ones that they supplied were small."

There are some old-fashioned touches - washing lines in the bathroom - and in places there is a clear need for refurbishment, but it's a comfortable place to stay. And the swimming pool is excellent. I realise from other reviews that one must book a superior room in order to have bottled water and tea-making facilities in the room, but in my view this should be available in all rooms as standard."

"Lack of communication, no real check in; just trouble. I booked this place from the airport in an emergency situation; couldn’t get in since there was no information that the property was an apartment, no information regarding the apartment number that I booked in, no access code, and the front desk didn’t allow me access. After more than 3 hours trying to contact the property manager, unsuccessfully, I had to book another hotel for the night. Sarcastically, next day I received a welcome message...

"The flat is absolutely not what is promoted on Expedia. I rented the flat for my family of four because on Expedia it said that it is suitable for 4 people. However, one of the beds that the flat offers is a sofa-bed that is completely broken. Alongside this, the flat was totally dirty when we arrived. Clogged sink, clogged toilet, dirty floor, and dust everywhere. They describe that they provide bath towels and bed sheets, but they are the WORST quality possible. The owner does NOT talk to you...

"A localização é ótima, o prédio é muito bom, o apé é bom, as instalações e utensílios não estavam boas e os reparos solicitados foram demorados e incompletos. A Justificativa foi de que a equipe de manutenção tinha muitos atendimentos por fazer. Uma estranha torneira no banheiro é um obstáculo a aproximação do usuário à Cuba e a cozinha não tem um pano de prato ou papel toalha."
