En esta oportunidad la limpieza de mi lavamanos o funcionamiento de drenaje del mismo estaba deficiente Las toallas en estado muy ruin, y el 1er dia sin toalla de piso y sigo considerando lo importante de 2 toallas grandes de baño ademas de la de mano Desvanso como lo planifique, sus instalaciones son cinfortables , cama y almohadas El desayuno ha mejorado mucho OK Mi ubicacion con uds es ideal para mi locación de trabajo y negocios

It was a good hotel for the price. Away from the city so you need a car. If you take a taxi you may not find one that wants to bring you back very late at night. Some staff were very friendly some just full of apathy.

Good hotel, bad location

The rooms are clean and new. The staff was pretty helpful, but could have done a better job at recommending tours. The one we took their advice on ended up costing double what it would have cost with the expensive guys in the cultural center. The location is in the middle of nowhere so expect a 40 minutes taxi ride to go downtown or to the good beaches.

Para o hóspede que vai a turismo é uma péssima opção, pois fica longe de tudo. Tem que usar Taxi que demora cerca de 30 min para chegar no centro, Placa do Relógio, local próximo de onde tudo acontece em Cartagena. Para quem vai fazer passeios durante o dia no centro da cidade ou nas ilhas região, fica bastante cansativo, pois tem que pegar táxi de manhã hotel-centro, depois tem que pegar táxi no fim da tarde para voltar ao hotel se quiser descansar um pouco e tomar banho centro-hotel, depois pegar táxi para sair à noite hotel -centro, depois pegar táxi para voltar ao hotel pra dormir centro - hotel. Dai somados os tempos de Taxi, irão cerca de 2 horas por dia. Detalhe: o hotel oferece gratuitamente um serviço de transporte numa van confortável que leva e traz hóspedes do hotel ao centro , ida e volta, saída as 18:30h e retorno às 21:30h. É uma boa opção pra usar na ida, mas muito cedo para a volta, pois geralmente o turismo prefere ficar até mais tarde no centro da cidade.

Sauber und sehr ruhig gelegen

Unzufrieden, bzw. verärgert war ich , das ich für die 2 zusatz Buchungen, am Abreise Tag, Tax bezahlen musste. Für die 3 Übernachtungen davor Gebucht, musste ich dies nicht. Auch war im Preisangebot von Zusatzkosten keine Rede. Dafür hätte ich gerne Aufklärung. Danke

Habitaciones amplias

Está alejado de la zona turística pero cerca de la zona industrial y portuaria. El hotel es nuevo y no hay vida nocturna no establecimientos comerciales cerca. El transporte desde y hasta el hotel es complicado sobre todo en horas de la noche.
