The ENTIRE staff ( Security guards, desk clerks, housekeeper & breakfast servers ) was very pleasant & helpful. The location & views of The Walled City were EXCELLENT. Very convenient for this first time visitor because The City Tours & Islands Tours depart/drop-off right across the street! I HIGHLY recommend this hotel and will DEFINITELY RETURN!!

Great Room, Wonderful View, Delicious Bed, Well located although the front door of the building is not as nice, their is a great commercial walkway in front with great prices and very safe...I would return happily. Breakfast is nice but missing protein (no eggs).

I booked this hotel because of the location and the proximity to everything I wanted to do while on my trip. From the moment I arrived I was greeted, I felt welcome. The staff here have all been great and helpful. The breakfast was very good, I loved the fresh fruit and the way it was displayed looked very nice. The room was spacious and also very clean. My bed was comfortable, and I liked the decor and lighting. The bathroom was spacious enough, I loved the bath products provided. The only thing I wish the room had a full size mirror which would’ve been helpful for me but that is my preference. It wasn’t a big deal because the bathroom mirror was big enough. Overall I had a great stay. Also, I like the fact that the building has 24/7 security which made me feel safe since I was traveling solo. I would book this hotel again.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay in the honeymoon suite at Terrazas Boutique Hotel. The hotel is located conveniently in the Getsemani neighbourhood, overlooking the Torre del Reloj and Muelle de Bodeguita. This location meant we were in walking distance for all the fantastic food, culture, and excursion options that Cartagena has to offer. The hotel is securely located on the 5th floor of an old bank, with 24/7 security guard to ensure access. The continental breakfast offers a nice selection of coffee, fruit, meats, cheese, and bread, with always a helpful attendant on hand should you wish to take a tray back to your room. Rooms are maintained to a high standard and always found in spotless condition upon returning from a busy day in Cartagena. We would recommend Terrazas Boutique Hotel to anyone!

The ubication Is the best .Is in the wall city, close to restaurants ,party boats,mall and shopping stores. The View from my room was amazing and the staff very kind and attentive. The room was very clean. Thank you and for sure I Will returned.
