The location is great. Its just right outside the walled city and the good thing is, there is a big grocery right beside it. You can buy food/ drinks before you head back to the hotel.

I liked how it was exactly what i wanted.. nothing fancy. Just basic hotel with no bed bugs lol

Relatively good location for the price. A/C was good. The room was small with no window - not sure why it’s boutique. Problem with booking meant that I was overcharged - staff not flexible with the issue. Place always locked which is a bit concerning if this area is safe or if there is an emergency.

Poor stay

The hotel does not look like the website. It’s tired & the rooms need decorating. The lock in & out policy at the door makes you feel uncomfortable. The taxi the hotel arranged for me to the next resort, dumped me & money was exhorted from me by unscrupulous gangs operating in Playa Blanca.

Location was good but the room was small and there were no supporting facilities. Staff was not very helpful. The biggest issue was the fire protection system - none. In fact, they lock the front door with a padlock and the door and windows all have steel bars on them so. if there was a fire, there is no alternative way to get out.

Avisé con días de anticipación que llegaríamos tarde a determinada hora ese día y al llegar estaba todo cerrado, no se veía nadie, toqué el timbre y se tardaron mucho en abrir, se veía que la persona que nos atendió estaba durmiendo, nos habíamos preocupado de que nadie nos abriera. Aparte, pagamos una habitación de 2 camas y nos dieron solo 1 cama, les comenté que nos debían realizar el reembolso de la diferencia y nos dijeron que eso fue error de Expedia, que a ellos no le informaron que la habitación fuera de 2 camas, yo le mostré la confirmación y aun así me dijeron que la reclamación fuera con Expedia que ellos no se habían equivocado. Otro detalle es que el aire acondicionado no enfriaba, lo reporté y me dijeron que estaba desconfigurado, que sí tenían otra habitación disponible pero que no se la había autorizado la Gerente y que teníamos que aceptar esa habitación sin enfriar. El personal es muy amable pero el problema veo que es la Administración del Hotel, que no reconoce sus errores y tampoco les interesa remediarlos.

Lief personeel, hotel ziet er van buiten goed uit maar de lucht die in de kamer hangt kan niet gezond zijn. Er habgt ren schimmellucht. Maar goed, je krijgt waar je voor betaald, dit was een goedkoop hotel prima om een nachtje of twee te overnachten..

Las toallas tenían manchas amarillas. Las paredes están manchadas. La cama tenía pelos y las sábanas estaban sucias. El aspecto general del hostal es muy descuidado. Hay un candado en la entrada y solo un empleado del hotel te puede permitir salir y entrar.

Nuestra estadia en Juna Hotel Boutique fue satisfactoria, su ubicación es muy buena, todos los sitios que queriamos recorrer estaban muy cerca, el sitio es muy tranquilo y acogeder, la atención es buena y en terminos generales todos los espaciós del hotel son muy acogederos y bien mantenidos.

There is no hot water (ever) at this hotel. Also the staff did not wear masks all the time during covid. Most of the time they had no masks on. While I was there the electricity was cut off for one day and the Wi-Fi was cut off during another day. However the staff let me use their phones as a hotspot for the Wi-Fi in a pinch.

Gran lugar para descansar y conocer Cartagena

El lugar es bello y tranquilo... Lo que hizo que no sea adecuado para grupos de fiesta o familias que andan con niños maleducados, por favor. La playa está muy cerca. El único punto importante es que al estar fuera de la muralla, la zona en la noche puede ser solitaria y poco vigilada. Ojo en la noche usar taxi para evitar malos encuentros.

El hotel es un poco pequeño pero es muy cómodo, la habitación muy limpia, el baño divino. La atención del personal excelente y tiene una muy buena ubicación, cerca al mar, en frente de la muralla y al lado de un supermercado. Me encanto y claro que volvería.
