This hotel was in the perfect location. It was walking distance from the beach and there was a hotel on site. My only two issues were that I found these tiny ant-like bugs in my room on the floor. I also didn’t like that I had a shared balcony with a room next to me (the girls were partying all night). Other than that, I was pleased with my stay.

Nothing seemed to work well. It started with the lock that was loose, flimsy doors, easy to break in, not a secure place at all, faulty AC, no internet, no TV service. Very bad.

It was the worst experience ever. Once you enter the street you have 2 guys or more saying you cannot enter the street like if you are trespassing. You walk in the lobby of the hotel, a lot of flies no air conditioning , not at least one fan. There is no elevator. The room is not okay as well. Tvs are full of dust. Bathroom door won’t close, No hot water. The bed are harder than a rock really really uncomfortable especially for pregnant women who has to sleep on their side. I am currently pregnant and now my hips hurts because of how hard the beds were. If you were hungry you couldn’t eat in the hotel where they have their own restaurant because it was only for the VIPS never understood what that meant. Honestly the worst experience I have had especially pregnant. Really upset about my experience I would really not recommend staying there not even for a night. I Want my refund.

First the picture of the bedrooms are mis leading . Let's start with the pro: 1. Staff very friendly 2. Across the road from the beach 3. A supermarket on the ground floor 4. Rooms fairly clean Cons: 1. This is not suited for a couple as the room are very basic ( bed, TV, side lamp table). 2. Walk with your own towels ( hotel own poor quaility) 3. No elevator and i was on the 4th floor 4. Noisy area, one neighbor played music night and day 5. Power went for 1 day and no generator , even the neighbor had a generator to play music whole day Basically if you are single and just looking for a resting spot this may suit your needs, as i mentioned not suited for a couple.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I WAS ROBBED BY A MAN WITH A MACHETE ON A BEACH AROUND 8 AM, next to this hotel. There wasn't WATER in the hotel in the morning. The toilet wasn't flushing and I even couldn't wash my face. Staff is friendly there but nobody speaks English. Even a little bit. I couldn't stay in that stinky room (there is humidity there so if there is no water room stinks almost immediately), so I went to the beach a bit earlier than I planned. IT IS UNSAFE THERE. I'm giving this hotel a negative star for safety. Stay in the hotels 1km closer to the airport. That area is more in control by police who is by the way friendly and helpful but don't speak English either

Buena estadía

A nuestra llegada al hotel Playa Norte fue un recibimiento muy cordial muy amables las chicas. En general fue muy buena nuestra estadía el servicio de piscina el servicio que ofrecen de Restaurante en general muy bueno la limpieza excelente en general fue una estaría muy muy agradable es un hotel normal muy bueno pues yo si lo recomiendo y muchas gracias a todo el personal del hotel de playa norte
