It's in my favorite neighborhood of Getsemani! The staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurant there serves good food. It is in a good location where you can walk to other areas.

The property is located in the heart of Getsemany , a lot of dining options around. Not too far from the osh hotel. The restaurant at the entrance of the property is very very nice and quiet, and very private. Room needs a little upgrade especially the bathrooms. I will definitely stay there again 🙏

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Ebano. We stayed in a spacious room with a balcony, some of the smaller rooms have no windows. Very central hotel, with a good breakfast, friendly staff and you can walk everywhere. The only downside is that it was quite noisy at night in our room, which was at the front of the hotel.

Great place for a stay in the old town. (And the old town is a must-stay place in Cartagena.) Casa Ebano is right in the heart of the action -- street performers, restaurants, art. The hotel is not modern but makes up for that with character.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado en Getsemaní. Muy cerca la parada del TransCaribe. Muy cerca de la muralla, del Palacio, del parque Centenario, todo está cerca si te gusta caminar... El desayuno también está agradable y el personal muy amable. En mi habitación se escuchaba mucho el sonido del desagüe y muy constantemente se caía el Tirol de la pared, por lo tanto siempre tenía tierra mi habitación, pero el resto súper

Estadía en Casa Ebano

llegamos un sábado en la madrugada, nos dieron una habitación fatal ya que olía a mucha humedad incluyendo la ropa de cama, eso nos dificultó dormir bien... al siguiente día nos cambiaron la habitación bajo nuestra solicitud y nos dieron otra en mucho mejor condiciones, en general Getsemaní es una área que por la pandemia denota mucho indigente y el acoso de vendedores es terrible sobre todo los fines de semana, Cartagena por lo demás es un lugar bello y recomendado para viajar ....
