The Hotel Royal Cartagena is so conveniently located in a very good location to shop in stores and 5 mins walk to the mall. Most of all the staff here is so very friendly and helpful! The room is very clean even has Netflix. I couldn’t ask for a better place! So happy we chose here.

We arrived around 9 am from the airport so our room wasn't ready yet. The reception desk allowed us to change and leave our bags with them so we can explore the city. They even carried our bags up to our room for us when our room was ready. The hotel was clean and rooftop patio has a wonderful view of the city. The included breakfast was a good portion and left us ready for the day. Would highly recommend this hotel!

Its a small hotel. It only has 13 rooms. Rooms are on the 3rd floor and does not have an elevator. That was not a major problem for us but it may be for some people. Staff is very professional and helpful. Rooms very clean and spacious. The best about this hotel is the location. Its almost right in the middle of the city. You can walk everywhere. Also, our breakfast was included and was very good. If what you are looking for is to be close to all restaurants in the city and dont mind staying in a small hotel, I recommend you stay.
