Fantastic stay

Fantastic apartment, very complete, jacuzzi on the balcony. The welcome drink and each morning coffee/snack, as mentioned at Hotels.com, was unknown but after showing the reservation it was arranged immediately. Very helpful and friendly staff!

The hotel was beautiful and clean. The rooftop pool was really nice to relax in as well as the balcony jacuzzi. The staff were always helpful whether that be things missing in the room or helping you find transportation. There were always cabs outside that could take you into the city for a reasonable price.

Really enjoyed our stay, the property was new and modern and it felt like a home away from home. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. The rooftop pool had an amazing view of the sunset and they had live DJs most of the week. The only down side was that the dining options around were limited but we ordered through Rappi.

I had the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit. I t was so beautiful. The kitchen was fully functional and stocked with everything you need. The beds were comfortable. The wrap around balcony was amazing. Watching the plane land and take off was great. The washing machine with the dryer was a huge bonus. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing! I was a bit nervous because it was my first time in Cartagena. The area is a quiet beach zone about 15 min from Boca Grande. Staff was amazing! greeted us so professionally. Escorted us to our room and took the time to answer questions. The Infiniti pool on the 15th floor is AMAZING. Sandy and George at the front desk were so nice. I can't wait to go back

The property was clean and spacious, offering a comfortable stay with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a washing machine and dryer, and a jacuzzi. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it convenient for meal preparation. There was a small grocery store and several restaurants nearby, adding to the convenience. The beach was also within close proximity, enhancing the overall experience. Excursions were available at nearby hotels, which we discovered by chance on our last day. It would have been helpful to know about these options earlier. It's worth noting that each apartment is independently owned, and unfortunately, we experienced issues with the hot water for both the shower and the jacuzzi during our stay. As a first-time traveler, I would have appreciated a list of local activities or suggestions for things to do in the area to help enhance the experience. Additionally, the building has a no-guest policy, which is important to be aware of.

This property is very near the airport, but a 15-25 minute drive to downtown, which can get complicated with traffic. However, the building has a rooftop pool and two jacuzzis with two bbq areas, with view of the beach and the airport that we enjoyed a lot. personnel in the rooftop is very polite giving great service, and offering several different drinks at reasonable prices. The apartments may be a gamble as we rented two of the two bedroom units, one of which was very modernly decorated and the other was more simple, but still good. spaces are not huge but comfortable.

This place is really nice. I really enjoyed staying in the room with jacuzzi on the balcony. There was an smell that i didnt like in the living area, but i was rarely there. The reception was great but I wasnt made aware of any vip. They dont allow guests so that was a little disappointing also but i understand why. All in all I would definitely come again.

They’re very accommodating. At the last minute decided to arrive one day early, they moved my reservation without charging me any fees or penalties. The room was spotless, very clean. Only thing I did not like was extra blankets and hand soap. The jacuzzi was very pretty at night. The rooftop amazing, infinity pool beautiful view. You are a bit from downtown and nova grande but I paid no more than $10 for an Uber and as low as $3 getting back and forth

The staff is generally friendly and the property is new and modern. That is where the pros end. Although the staff is friendly all requests even for routine items require multiple follow ups. If you fail to follow up you will not get what you asked for. Also the property has construction defects. The shower door cannot close so the floor ends up completely soaked. While I like the look of the property I would not stay here again unless I had no other choice.

Check in took us over an hour, front desk couldn’t find our reservation. Which two weeks prior to arrival, I received an email from the property requesting check in info for each person that will be in the apartment. I did all the process, gave passports info, when we arrived they couldn’t find my reservation. Finally after checking in we were giving the wrong apartment, had to wait another 45 mins, until we can get the correct apartment. Even in that apartment only had washer, no dryer. Those were the only issues, other than that property is very clean, updated, neighborhood is safe.
