There is no hot water! The power went out 4 times for hours in the 16 days we were there. Usually wouldn't be a problem but we were on the 30th floor and the elevators require electricity!!! The stove didn't work, and there are roaches in the apartment. We had a great time in Colombia but coming home to the property was the only downside of the trip.
