The staff was super friendly and attentive. The room with balcony offered a great view of the old city. The room is compact but functional with nice closet and shelf features. An easy 15 minute walk across the bridge to the walled city.

This property is in the ideal location. It is an easy and safe walk to Getsemani and Centro. The location is quiet and relaxing so you can get a good nights sleep and do remote work during the day yet still close to the party when your ready to cut loose.

This apartment hotel was great value for money. Impeccably clean. Lovely location. Great terrace. The only thing is the kitchen had nothing but a fridge and a sink. But its all we needed! Grocery store (Olympia in mall) just 5 mins walk.

The property was nice there was no warm water. The staff never came to clean our room even when we asked twice. When we asked for towels they tried to charge us 90,000 Colombian pesos because the towels were dirty/used. I’ve never heard that from a hotel before it was ridiculous. My bf and I ended up buying our own towels because we didn’t want to deal with them.

YOU GET LESS THAN WHAT YOU PAID FOR

The room was way smaller than what I paid for giving what I saw in a photos. The hotel didn't have any hot water. The cooking area was tiny with a hot plate again not what was advertised. The only thing I like about the hotel was the internet and the honest staff.

Not given the room that I paid for. Could not receive that room because guests were occupying it and it was actually next door to the room given me which I noticed when the maid was cleaning it. Requested fresh towels at front desk. That never occurred. The shower was not hot. Below lukewarm is the best way to describe it. The area has limited dining within walking distance. The hotel is short taxi to the Centro/Getsemani area (12.000COP) 25.000COP from the airport 14.500COP to the airport. Bocagrande Beach (15.000COP)

Good: Close to Getsemani and the walled city. Cleaning crew cares and helps Bad: Front staff is unhelpful, we requested towels and toilet paper from them, but never arrive, had to ask directly from cleaning ladies. Hotel management tried to screw us by changing our room to one without a kitchen (when we paid for it), and without apologies only provided the right room a day after and did not offer a discount. Room door had literally a 1/8" gap where you can see thru and hear everyone outside or other way around. They only provided a single room key that you have to keep on a slot once in otherwise the room will sound an alarm, which we heard from every other room around us. Also heard people banging on doors as they had no spare keys. Area around the hotel can be scary from homeless people sleeping on the streets. We won't be going back.

On my initial check-in I was given the wrong room. I spoke to the front desk and they gave me another room which was slightly better than the previous but again not the room that I booked. I learned upon check out that the guest next door actually had the room that I booked, once I saw the maid cleaning it, which made it clear why I never received my actual room. The room I ended up with had a balcony but no kitchen. Looked like it had been recently renovated but the craftmanship was subpar. The paneling on the bathroom door was loose, the sink was loose and the shower was not hot at all. I've stayed at this hotel on previous visits but this was by far my worse experience. I was deliberately held up on checkout over a towel that had a small stain. I just paid for it so I didnt keep my taxi waiting any longer trying to wait for their cleaning lady to see if the food stain would come out. I had to use the same towels my entire 5 day stay although I had requested new towels at the front desk. That just put a sour taste in my mouth as this is one of my preferred hotels in this area. It has made me contemplate not staying there in the future due to the pettiness with the towel.

El cuarto estaba en condiciones regulares, el aire acondicionado goteaba y no enfriaba muy bien, las camas duras, en general el cuarto olía a humedad. Estaba limpio y el personal era muy amable, sin embargo, un día olvidaron el cepillo del inodoro adentro del mismo y a pesar de que avisé en recepción, jamás fueron a sacarlo. Tiene buena ubicación y el plus es el jacuzzi del rooftop.
