Unit next to us had unattended dog which barked and whimpered until after 10 when people probably returned to room. Bothersome."

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was one of the best weekend get away trips I’ve had in a long time. The room is very well designed, clean and very private, the view is spectacular, and I love the quiet laid-back surroundings, just perfect for my wife and I to celebrate our anniversary. Everything is well thought out from the kitchen appliances, room decor, WiFi and cable TV. The one small issue is the screen door needed some finessing to get open but it’s hardly worth mentioning given that all the rest is just perfect. Our planning for this visit was last minute and we didn’t expect much but boy this placed delivered. I would highly recommend and would definitely visit again."

"Beautiful setting! The condo was comfortable and clean. It was a short drive down to the lake where we spent most of our days. It was nice to come back up to the alpine setting in the afternoons. Jane gave great suggestions for activities and food, and was very responsive to our needs."

"This house was perfect for our family of 10, the views were amazing. The location was also perfect, we came for Celebrity Golf Tournament, it was close to the golf course and the casinos. My kids and grandkids enjoyed hiking around everyday. The kitchen & bathrooms were stocked with everything you need, and the host checked to make sure everything was going well. We would love to come back during snow season; it was located so close to the ski lifts. Great place to stay with a large group or family."

"This property has a lot of steep stairs leading to the apartment as well as inside the unit, so keep that in mind if you're traveling with elderly guests or anyone with mobility issues.The combined kitchen and living area are quite small. There were five of us, and the space felt cramped. The two bedrooms, however, were spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was also well equipped but couldn't get the vent hood to work.There is no air conditioning, and we stayed during one of the hottest days. Unfortunately, the fans were not enough to keep the apartment cool, so we had to leave the patio door open for some relief. The apartment could also use some updating. The shower had heavy caulking in several areas that appeared to be covering mold.The listing clearly states that parking permits are required and that only two permits are provided. I contacted the host twice about the permits—first by email, but I never received a response, and then by phone. They were only one permit in the unit so I contacted the rental property and was told the other permit would be dropped off at the rental the following day, but it was never delivered.Overall, the apartment met our basic needs but wished the communication with the rental property was better."
