"Loved this hotel, Ashley at the front desk was amazing and the breakfast attendant was super sweet! The room was spacious, beds were comfortable, and the amenities were great. I gave 4 stars for cleanliness because there was a stain in the carpet by the desk and spider web above the hanging lamp in the corner. Also the housekeeper didn’t make our beds only took the trash and replaced the towels. Great location for our visit to Lake Tahoe!"

"This room is part of the time share property that belongs to the HOLIDAY INN VACATION ClUB so do understand you will be sent to the sales people of the time share to obtain keys. They did do a sort of sales approach to the process which I did have to awkwardly have to refuse. ALSO! please not if you happen to be wanting to stay in the high heat periods of June through September these rooms do not have air conditioning and can be slightly uncomfortable to sleep in. They do offer a sort of swamp cooler you must fill with ice to cool down the place but it takes a bit of effort. Other than that the location and room is amazing. Clean, spacious fully stocked and many many property amenities. The front desk staff friendly with great levels of hospitality. Hot tubs and pools at several location, with gym, arcade, pool table, ping pong table and much much more."

"Everything was good except the cold water I believe the boiler was defective or something wrong with it hopefully something that can fix in the future but it was good also to feel the cold water from the lake as is other than that everything was good the 80 plus is stairs to go to the top was a true workout"

"The unit was gorgeous and had everything we needed. The property management was very responsive to all questions we had. However, my only complaint would be the stairs... Lots of stairs and then carrying luggage up and down those stairs was no fun. It was stated on the booking site but didn't realize just how many. It was a great property and very clean. I would definitely stay again once the elevators are fixed. I was told that they have been broken for 3 years."
