The registration desk was not easy to find. No bell service for luggage to the room. No valet parking. I am disabled and this was not user friendly.

Entire property is completely filthy and looks as if nothing has ever been even superficially wiped. Almost every single employee has a scowl on their face, no matter what. The Americana Village
Clean room and nice staff. Fee popcorn and hot tea. Hot coco. Free breakfast. My family loves. We definitely will come back again.
