"Jose was an excellent host, he treated us great always responded to any question , helped us when we requested his help, the house was clean, well equipped kitchen had everything functioning , the social area is the key to your heart in this property is amazing bbq next to a river drinks with the heated pool right next to you! "We love the hotel. Amazing. We stayed in a room with pool. The staff, most of them looked mad. Food and drinks could be much better, a lot better. The experience booking restaurants was a challenge. Food always took to long to come the our table. We went to The Charro restaurant. Drinks took 30 min to got delivered to our table. Staff in The Theater were amazing. Really energetic, enthusiastic creating a enjoyable experience."
