Located just across the street from the beach, you’ll enjoy quick and easy access to the sparkling Gulf waters and endless stretches of white sand. Inside, the open-concept living space is filled with natural light and decorated in a fresh coastal chic style, blending comfort with sophistication.

The expansive lanai is the heart of the home—perfect for sipping morning coffee, gathering for evening cocktails, or dining al fresco while overlooking lush tropical surroundings. Comfortable lounge seating and a large dining table create the ultimate indoor-outdoor living experience.

While you won’t have access to South Seas Resort amenities, this villa comes with plenty of its own perks! Community amenities include a large heated pool, outdoor grills, high-speed Wi-Fi, and—of course—the beach just steps away. It’s everything you need for the perfect getaway! Golf cart rentals are nearby, but please note that only electric carts are allowed within the gates of South Seas.

Kingfisher Vacations will only book reservations up to 51 weeks in advance. All our properties offer contact-free check-in—no need to stop at the office (or a stoplight, there aren’t any here!).
