"The property is beautifully maintained, clean, nicely decorated and perfect for an extended family gathering with lots of space within the house. We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay, and there is a nice outdoor area for kids to play. "We had 8 adults and 3 Children stay at this amazing home and we all had a blast, 3 Comfortable Living Rooms 4 Bathrooms 5 Bedrooms, beautiful dining area and well equipped Kitchen !! Nice Big TVs, super super clean home 2 car garage we used Beds Super Comfortable, Beautiful Beach that runs for miles across the street 2 minute walk this place is beautiful no one wanted to leave Thanks so much for sharing your home with us we cannot wait to book this beautiful home again soon!!"

"the location is excellent proximity to downtown Portsmouth. It was so nice to be able to walk to and from dinner. Very quiet neighborhood. Charming old house with many older home quirks. The 3rd floor bedroom and bathroom are separated from the house but up many stairs so not too good for older adults and honestly more suitable for children or teens. It was quite stuffy however there is a nice breeze from the windows however."

Many thoughtful touches and obvious attention to detail to ensure everything guests might need during their stay was there. The location was fantastic with close proximity to town. Suggestions to earn the 5th star: The kitchen could use improvement: in absence of a dishwasher a drying rack for dishes would be great to have. We only found 1 wine glass in the cabinets - might be good to restock to a full set of 2 :) The water pressure in the bathroom sink is very low, but in the shower it is fine. I would definitely...

"The only things I could say about the home that could use improvement were that the upstairs tv didn’t work/was missing a power cord and that there was no soap provided for the bath. Everything else was wonderful. Would totally come back (and bring soap):)"

"This home finished in1886 is very true to its era with a framed document stating such. There is also an album of generations of the original family sharing their time and selling to a new family in the 80’s. Windows redone, some newer appliances and the original wide plank hardwood floor intact. Truly a joy to stay and watch the sunrise diagonally across the street at 6:40am every day. My family enjoyed the wraparound front porches and relaxed there often. Thank you,"

The location is close to many of our favorite places to visit. We went to Ogunquit, Wells, Kittery and enjoyed many wonderful family moments.
