"We had an amazing time at this place last week. It was perfect for my husband and I. We checked in right at 4 pm and was even able to park our car in our spot earlier and enjoy some beach time while we waited. We enjoyed all the other families that stayed in the other units too. The house had everything we needed, clean and loved that they gave us some paper towels, trash bags, dish washer tablets, dish soap and laundry tablets to use in the shared laundry room with the other 3 units. Walk to the beach was so short and easy and you don’t find many places on the easy walk to the beach. Matthew was amazing and responded immediately to texts and kept us updated thru the whole process."

"The location of this property was unbelieable and had all of the amenities we were looking for. Beautiful setup (we certainly got our steps in!) and was the perfect balance of sand, sea and pool. Definitely would recommend this location and property.Constructive Feedback: We noticed several "broken" items throughout the house that we reported and walked into the house to a "chirping" smoke detector that we had to end up replacing ourselves after multiple calls for maintenance (did not arrive until following morning). Other than those small things, we had a great stay."
"The house was wonderful, perfect for our group of 14. With a media room, pool and foosball tables, well-appointed kitchen, and the pool and beach right there, it was all we hoped for. The host responded quickly to a few inquiries during and after our stay. We look forward to returning!"

"Really good location and everything was good. Just a couple of things you should know. The fire alarm in the hall on the 2nd floor across from the stairs intermittently would go off. No one was cooking. The toilet paper holder in the half bath was off the wall as well. Nothing affected our stay and we will stay again "
"We had a wonderful time at this condo. There were 5 of us so a 2 bedroom plus pullout couch was very comfortable. We appreciated the initial supplies of liquid hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, auto dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent and trash bag. Beds were already made with cute sea themed sheets. The provided towels came prepackaged in clear plastic for each of us. The kitchen had everything we needed for 5 people, T-fal pots and pans. You will need to bring your own spices for cooking, there was only salt and pepper. The TV had cable and the owner provided HULU for free. The laundry is shared by all 4 condos in the building but we had no problems having access to it. Owner was very responsive to any texts. Beach chairs etc are not provided so bring your own, which we did. Most importantly it was ocean front for an affordable price. I would definitely recommend this condo and would absolutely stay here again. The 3 other condos in this building are also available if you have a larger family. Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation."
