"There is a musty smell inside and I think a urine smell outside. The musty smell is likely old wood at the beach where moisture is a constant. The urine smell can be overwhelming when the living room windows are open upstairs. Likely wildlife or dogs. Who knows. Otherwise, everything was great. Even the service on the kitchen fawcet was timely and efficient. Thank you."
