Bright, modern 3 BR / 2.5 bath / 2-story townhouse, just off the main Laneda strip in central Manzanita. Just blocks to the beach, shops & playground. Hot tub after a walk on the beach, play board games by the fireplace, or take in the sunset from the front porch. Bunkroom sleeps 6, equipped w a big TV for the kids. Full kitchen, everything a coffee lover could want (Burr grinder, Chemex, french press, Hario v60). Games, pack&play.

Sleeps 10, but common areas will be most comfortable for 6-8 adults.

Family Beach Wedding

Tom's place in Manzanita was just like the listing shows, it was perfect for the bride and groom to stay with some of the wedding party to prepare for the small beach ceremony. Coming back to the lovely, clean home was very relaxing. We highly recommend Laneda Landing.

Great condo and location

The condo was very nicely decorated and well maintained. It is a new listing, so there were a couple minor issues but the owner was very responsive and addressed them immediately. It has a nice courtyard out back and would have been nice to have a grill to cook out. The condo was overall very clean but the cleaning staff did miss a few minor things. The location is perfect and I would highly recommend this condo and would love to stay here again. It is particularly nice when you know the owner really cares and responds right away to address any questions or concerns.

Cute spot right next to the main street in downtown. The place mostly matched the description, although it was much smaller than the photos made it seem. Also the bathrooms were lacking some cleaning in corners but the rest of the house was clean. It has all the basic necessities as well.
