Our family enjoyed this vacation home. The space was accommodating and the best part was the pool. The location was quiet and we felt at home. Not far to fort Myers’s beach and great places to eat and shop. Communication was great. The only thing we can say was limited instructions on closing up the home and A few more household things like a working water supply on the fridge but they had lots of bagged ice which was a great help. Wonderful time! We will come again!

Wonderful Stay and Great Owner

We truly enjoyed our stay and the home. The pool was the focal point for our stay and we enjoyed it immensely. What stood out though, was the owner response to questions and concerns. While there were few concerns we did run into an issue. We were in town for a graduation and needed to iron clothes. It seems a previous visitor may have moved the iron and ironing board but it was not anywhere that we could find. When we reached out to the owner she promptly had a brand new set overnighted to us and the day was saved. We appreciated her efforts. In the end it was a wonderful stay!

Pool was Unusable

Beware. Upon arrival the pool was dark green with floating debris and a filthy pool deck. We immediately communicated the issue and a pool guy showed up 3 hours later. Pool needed 2 more days to be swimmable. We booked this property for the pool. Needless to say our PTO was ruined. We left the next morning and were only refunded less than half our 3 day reservation.
