Communication was great - the owner responded super quick to answer any questions I had! The property is newly remodeled and super cozy! It had everything we needed for the weekend we had planned. We had a great, comfortable time :)

Enjoyable Vacation

Property is very clean and comfortable. We had an issue with the hot water heater going out, however, the Property Manager sent help immediately to replace it and apologized for the inconvenience. Things happen but he made sure that we were taken care of quickly and with little disruption. He also worked with me by adding 2 extra days with short notice and charged me fair and affordable prices. We travel a lot and have children in the area and would definitely rent this property again. Our family had a great time.

This was a house that is for sale, therefore there weren’t any pictures or wall hangings. The furnishings were basic and comfortable. The pool was nice and the mid March water temperature was fine. The house was very clean. We definitely would stay there again.

Parents Weekend FGCU

Have to thank the owner of this lovely property for being so accommodating. The house was everything we expected it to be and made our long weekend stay visiting our daughter so delightful. This house had everything we needed! Towels, Linens, cooking supplies, you name it, they had it available. We look forward to renting with these fine owners again in the future.
