"I travel often and I must say, this was by far one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. It starts with an extremely friendly & helpful staff, INCLUDING the housekeeping staff, to a spotless room (not even kidding), and the property was as well. Close to almost multiple restaurants, shopping, and roughly 5 min from the port. The ONLY complaint I had, which really isn’t much, was if you don’t get down for breakfast bright and early, the chocolate milk is gone. I ended up heading to the gulf and only wish I would’ve stayed and spent more time in PC. Definitely will be back again! "

"We had a group of 20 family members who stayed here for a week. There was something for everyone! Check- in process and communication were great! Only complaints we had was not enough towels and we had to do lots of loads of laundry and there wasn’t enough bedding for 20 people. Especially those that sleep on couches and pull outs."
