Morning Sunrise-Pier fishing- roof top observation deck for rocket launches or simply watch the sunset or people watch. Coastal Haven is everything you need for a perfect get away. Walk to the beach, the pier- shops and restaurants without ever leaving the sand. With a panoramic view you won't miss a single sunrise. Enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon beverage on the balcony. Roof Top access with seating to catch rocket launches. The condo features a king bed- 2 twins and a sleeper sofa. My husband and I stayed for the weekend. The location was perfect and the view amazing. Steps to the beach, the pool was clean and refreshing and the rooftop access was a nice surprise. Highly recommend.

The location is wonderful! The view is spectacular! We loved spending time on the rooftop as well as long walks on the beach. The Pier was great and we enjoyed going downtown, a quaint, fun, artistic area with great shops, dining and again walks on the beach. Great stay! My only recommendation is to use scentless laundry detergent. It was a bit too strong on the towels and sheets.

Exactly as expected from the pics in listing. Oceanfront view with nice patio was terrific; enjoy the sunrise, waves and watching cruise ships leaving each night. Family and dining room great size for 4-6 people. Kitchen was small and a bit dated, but had everything we needed. Pool and exterior grounds very comfortable. Easy walk to some fun restaurants and bars.

Fall break get away.

We had a great stay! Loved the balcony and the roof top. We watched a night time launch from the roof top as well as a sunset. We watched sunrises from the balcony. It was perfect for us. We had two adults and a 14 year old and two 12 year olds. We will stay there again!

The property is great and is in an awesome location. The unit was clean and nicely furnished. The only problem was the neighbor constantly smoking pot on their balcony which made our unit smell, and we couldn't use the balcony. For this reason, it is not ideal for kids (we had 3 with us), otherwise it would have been perfect.

This was a beautiful location right on the beach but the area in front of us was closed. Apoarently every 5-8 years workers bring sand in from the ocean and regrade the beach. Bulldozers were running 24 hours a day. Very noisy. Dated decor but had everything we needed for a week.

All "mostly good". Don't know if there were maintenance issues, but pool was NOT heated during our stay. That was a huge criteria when choosing a place to stay. So disappointed with that. Condo itself was a bit outdated but served our needs just fine. Very cool to watch a rocket launch from our condo roof.

Great condo the best balcony beach veiw! Condo very nice and clean. Couches did have a little bit of a muskie odor to them but nothing over bearing. Unclean condo

The kitchen was not clean, I had to to wash dishes in cabinet before using them. The patio furniture was terrible and not what was shown on Vrbo. Was very disappointed that we couldn’t sit out on patio. The furniture in condo was not wiped down and kitchen floor not clean The location and surrounding areas were very nice. The rooftop patio was really nice.

Great condo

Condo is nice and spacious with great view of ocean. Very close to beach and and pool. The building is right next to the cocoa beach pier so it does get a little congested traffic wise around the area. If you want super duper quiet/remote this will be a little busy for you, but my husband and I thought it was fine and would stay here again. (There were No loud parties at night and the pier etc is quiet in the evening. ). Great location to watch a SpaceX launch from. The king bed was actually comfortable and the couches pretty good also. ( I broke my ankle the second. I guy there- so at least I had a comfy sofa and bed and nice view!!) Other positives— a couple of beach chairs to use as well as some beach towels which we laundered at the end of our stay. We night and left a new beach umbrella for whomever comes next. ! Hand soap and enough dishwasher pods to use for just the two of us for 6 days were provided. Also new and clean washer and dryer. Highly recommend this place. Thank you!!!

The balcony had no table and chairs, it sort of had a build in table and two stools (very uncomfortable). It was next to some sort of unit (maybe air conditioning) I don't know but it ran constantly, hard to carry on a conversation. The balcony doors (both screen and glass doors) were really hard to open. It took two of us to open the glass door. The kitchen was not stocked at all. We only found salt and pepper. We killed numerous roaches. We found long black hairs on the ceiling and wall of the master bath. The other bathroom was real small and needed updated. The view of the ocean was limited if you were in the living room due to the table on the balcony, other than that, the ocean view was beautiful. The pool was real nice. Had it not been for the noise on the balcony and the sliding doors and the roaches, I would stay there again but for those reasons, I will not stay there again. Actually, I feel that we deserve a refund, I hadn't had a vacation in over ten years due to my Husband's illness and was really looking forward to this one. I am so disappointed!
