"Very comfortable hotel, excellent position and generous room size. The river view rooms have an exceptionally lovely outlook. No dishwasher but otherwise a very well equipped kitchen."

"The room was not properly cleaned and, in all likelihood, had not been for some time. Shards of broken glass were scattered around on the floor, shower cubicle was very slippery as had not been properly cleaned beyond a cursory wipe-over. Somehow the front desk staff were critical of US for not notifying them earlier - not a very friendly or empathetic response."
