"The hotel is amazing and clean the staff are very helpful and polite. Beds were very comfortable. Although the breakfast was very repetitive very helpful accommodating any extra dishes that we would like. Although I can’t fault the hotel all the stuff because they were amazing one thing that I would recommend is if they would have some sort of entertainment because there were a days where it was raining and there was not much to do at the resort."

"We had an incredible stay at Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana as a family of five. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Every team member we encountered was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond with the little details that made our stay feel truly luxurious. The resort is absolutely beautiful, spotless, and exceptionally well maintained. Our room was clean and comfortable, the pools and beach were pristine, and the entire property had a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere despite being family-friendly. Traveling with three children, we appreciated how much there was for everyone to enjoy. The kids loved the pools and activities, while we were able to relax and enjoy the amazing food, drinks, and breathtaking ocean views. The attention to detail throughout the resort really sets Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana apart. If you’re looking for a luxury all-inclusive that offers outstanding service, beautiful accommodations, excellent dining, and a perfect balance of fun and relaxation, this is the place. We made unforgettable family memories here and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"The apartment was new and clean! Came fully packed with all the essentials you need for a comfortable stay, it’s like a home away from home. Very comfortable and very responsive and supportive host to assist with anything you need. The community has e-bikes and golf carts you can use to explore around, I personally used the e-bikes a lot to go to the mini mart near by. Uber/Uber-eats can’t access the community easily, so ensure to have a driver and get them access from the host for the duration of your stay. However, they have been times when Uber could access both pick up and drop off, since many near by have Cap Cana access. Overall, definitely my place to stay whenever I am in Punta Cana. Community is safe, security is fully present, Pool is clean and apartment is well maintained. Dont hesitate to stay here, it’s better than to be near all the hotels, peace and quiet and still close to everything!"
