"The room we were first allocated was unfortunately next to a number of outside air con units. These were quite noisy and would have kept us awake. However, when I pointed this out to the reception team, we were quickly moved to a quiet room. I was impressed with the quiet, efficient way the staff handled this to ensure our stay was perfect. The room was clean and well appointed. The breakfast was excellent and the dining room staff were clearly well trained and attentive throughout. I would highly recommend this hotel. "

"An idealic stay close to Lydden Race Circuit for me & my son in a twin room. Beautiful room, infact, more a bedsit studio aptmt which was unexpected. Lovely views of the Kent countryside, also lovely & quiet. Parked right outside the entrance to the hotel too & loved the complimentary touches in the room incl choc chip cookies. All very nice."

"I booked the cheapest room, it was small but cosy on this cold December night. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spotless so was very pleased. Breakfast included was continental and a very nice buffet was laid out with lots of different food to choose from. Staff were very friendly and helpful but not intrusive. Overall great value, enjoyed my stay and highly recommend."
