"Friendly staff at reception and housekeeping. Housekeeping manager helped with my suitcase to our car. Great location to walk 10 minutes downtown. Food in restaurant looked good but the vegetarian option not to our taste. Highly recommend to anyone staying in Christchurch. "

"We were given room 100 2 bedroom suite it had huge bedrooms with the main bedroom having a very comfortable supper king size bed. The down side of this suite is that the kitchen/dining/lounge is tiny and I mean tiny. Not really enough room for 2 adults and 2 kids. We asked to be moved to another 2 bedroom suite. Room 115 is much bigger and would be happy to have this suite again."

"Staffs are super friendly. Room is very spacious and clean. The room has a really nice view of the lake and mountain. Very close to downtown. There’s no elevator but it isn’t a problem to carry the luggages up to the room on 2nd floor. Will stay here again if we’re in the area. "

"The hotel was great. The front desk staff were so very helpful and courteous. It was also a great location for pick ups for several tours. The room was clean and the shared bathrooms were always very clean. The only down side, which I know you can't help, is that there is construction going on around the hotel. Otherwise I had a good experience."
