Very pretty renovated country house, large garden, porch, barbecue and pool

  • Charming house just 12 km from the French border (Perthus) but in a quiet location with magnificent views.
    A few minutes walk from the village square.
    Renovated with quality materials. Marble. Granite. Beams and oak doors. Floor heating. Equipped kitchen. Stone fireplace. Windows double glazing. Large lot. Private pool. Four outside.
    The first floor is a loft with a large living-dining room / kitchen and a large dining room plus bath. On the ground floor there is an entrance and a second large bedroom also en suite. The rooms are for 3 (even 4) persons. By the pool there is a large porch-BBQ, with summer bathroom, eating and sitting in front of the water and the beautiful view of the landscape. While the first floor is accessed at the same level from the outside, the house there is a spiral staircase.
