  • In a small residence, spacious air-conditioned apartment with 3 rooms, located on the second and last floor. The South -West orientation gives it exceptional brightness throughout the day. It consists of a living room extended by a terrace, a fully equipped kitchen and two bedrooms. The kitchen opens onto a terrace overlooking a garden. It becomes a privileged place for breakfast or lunch. The two bedrooms, one with a 160x200 bed and one with twin beds 90x200 open onto a terrace. All bedding is new. Also note that the bathroom and toilet are independent.
