The front desk people were really friendly and polite. We were able to enjoy our stay with no issues or noise. The view was amazing to look at in the morning especially with our room service breakfast which was included with stay. I definitely will stay there the next time I’m in Banff! Thank you so much for you kind costumer service. :)

The receptionists are very friendly and helpful. Their breakfast is very delicious and it was delivered to the room, so we can enjoy the breakfast with a view! Will visit again next time we are in the area!

The breakfast was wonderful. I liked the view from the balcony and the private tub. The room is a bit small but the Jacuzzi and fireplace made up for.
