"The 2 bed villa, villa no.2 is beautifully designed and the villa itself is in relatively good condition. The outside area is not in good condition and the pool has a lot of algae on the side wall, this can be treated with chlorine and regular maintenance. The decking is unstable in a number of areas and boards need replacing.
