You'll have the entire apartment to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.
2 bedroom apartment with room ideally placed see photos
2 rooms which is at 30 m from the beach of the city center is any shops
1 room for 2 people
1 living room with sofa bed
kitchen open to living room with central island team of espresso machine, normal coffee machine, kettle, microwave, multifunction cooker, induction hob, griddle in loggia side kitchen, hot dog machine, multifunction robot, toaster, etc ...
bathroom, shower, basin and storage
2 loggias, 1 for a drink or relax with a small bar in a barrel
the 2nd loggia (closed terraces) small table with chairs and bench for breakfast, plancha, washing machine + drying rack
in all the apartment with loggia (terrace closed) do 52 m2 the apartment is designed only for 4 people and no more !!!!
There are 2 fans + a clim mobile the windows windows are more than 6 m it opens in almost all
2 obligatory deposit checks
1 for the household if it is not done or wrong make 40 euros
The 2nd for apartment deposit of 500 euros
