"Likes: Hotel was very clean. Staff were very friendly and fast. The food choices that were available were good. Drinks were great! Room service was at no additional cost. For most part very family friendly..,
Dislikes: Splashpad needs major work. The tiles were coming off and they mats attempting to cover the areas. Thankfully my son had water shoes. Very uncomfortable to walk on.
My son is a very picky and a slow eater and the restaurants did not allow you to take food out of the restaurants. I feel like there should be an exception with small
children.
The only breakfast options were the buffet and room service during our 7 day stay. The Mexican restaurant was buffet only for dinner during those 7 days as well.
There was only 1 evening activity/show each day… adding at-least 1 more would have made it better to have options.
Checkout was at noon and you had to pay $10 per hour per person afterwards to continue using their facilities. Our flight wasn’t until 6 pm.
