Very low quality alcohol. So many construcation sites all over the hotel. Don't spend your money there. The only good thing I can say about this hotel is the pool and beach access. "

"The staff are very kind and helpful, check in a check out is easy, everything is clean and the food at the buffet was really good! Go to the buffet within the first hour or so if it opening, you will have more selection of food. Location is perfect, the beach is stunning and so fun to swim in, we are coming back here!"

"Well, when you book your trip don't listen to Delta airlines because they told me that my passport card was good enough for the flights going and coming. Wrong! Your passport card is only good for driving over the Mexican border or going into Mexico off of a Cruise Ship; or perhaps swimming across the Rio Grande but not flying over their sky. Anyhow, it took six-ten Delta employees to come to that conclusion. Our driver drove us back home to get my passport. On the way back to the airport I received an email saying the plane departed early so there we sat broken hearted and you know the rest of that saying. Delta airlines gave us a full refund for the flight but Southwest airlines says we have six months from the day of booking the vacation to fly out of Mexico to any where we want to go. Thankfully I purchased the insurance for $155. so we will receive the Rui Ventura cancun Mexico 6 night all inclusive stay. The Hotel staff was really kind andwe kept our cool. I'll let everybody know how great it was when we go. Let's GO Linda"
