"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Family Vacation at Moon Palace Cancun! We had an absolutely amazing stay at Moon Palace Cancun with our family. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable vacation. The resort is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers something for everyone. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing the perfect place to relax after a fun-filled day. The food was outstanding, with a great variety of restaurants and high-quality meals that satisfied both adults and children. Our kids loved the pools, activities, and entertainment, while we enjoyed the excellent service, relaxing atmosphere, and stunning beach views. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making our stay special. What impressed us most was the attention to detail and the family-friendly environment. "Pools were great beach not usable at all. Lots of things under construction which was strange for a new resort during the prime month of June. Very sales oriented trying to get you to buy packages. Also to call yourself a luxury resort should have transportation from airport. Food was very mid at best. Not many entertainment options or shows had to leave property for that. My 12 year old hated it. He was very board with lack of activities."
