Independent in Cancun

"Fabulous room with incredible view Staff were incredible except 2 members. I was taken aback at how they spoke to me. Other than those 2 the staff were incredible, friendly, helpful, polite, caring the list goes on…:) I upgrade my room for the hire which was fabulous. The only thing I thought strange was out of the 5 nights they only turned down the beds once. Other than that it was a fabulous stay with lots to do. Thank you! "

"We had 3 days in Cancun. We didn’t want to go too far down the the hotel strip. This hotel was about 20 minutes from the airport. The hotel was exactly what we were looking for. The room was very spacious. We had an ocean view which was a nice surprise. The staff, restaurants, market, and beach were all great. Made it possible to have a great relaxing 3 days in Cancun without having to leave the hotel. "

"We had a "partial ocean view" which was mostly obstructed. They did offer to let us move, but we were already settled in for our 10 day stay, and happy with the room (other than the lack of a view). Check in was smooth, and they held our luggage until our room was ready at 3pm. On our first day, we met Ramiro, who was serving drinks poolside, and he took care of us our entire stay! The drinks were good, and plentiful. Melchor really stood out as a waiter in the Mexican restaurant. The food was nothing short of AMAZING. The buffet was "ok," but the sit down restaurants were SO GOOD! And, the best part? No reservations required. Sometimes we had to wait a little, but nothing unreasonable. There were enough loungers between the pool(s) and the beach, and we rented a cabana one day with Fernando. He was a great guy who always checked on us to see if we needed anything. I had a massage from Lulu, and highly recommend. My only "complaint" was that there were too many young children in the regular pool. I kept wondering why they weren't on the other side where there were slides, etc. We got splashed several different times. Just what I want-chlorine in my drink. I realize it's a family friendly place, but it would be better if the one pool was "adults only." I would most definitely go back to this resort. I have done all-inclusive more than 20 times, and the food at the Sunscape was hands down, THE BEST."

"Everything was really clean here inside and outside all around! Me and my girl loved this place so much we didn’t want to leave!! Such an amazing stay with amazing workers especially our Good friend Damien that worked the bar at night getting us great service and drinks non stop!! Damien showed hard work and amazing worth ethic he was literally the best!!! If you go here and you want great service and good drinks go to Damien!!! We miss him so much and Hardrock it’s self next time I come to Cancun I’m booking at harkrock Cancun again !! All the restaurants were amazing going from breakfast, lunch and dinner!! I’m telling you guys have to come here you wouldn’t regret it! A lot of activities to do on resort and they also throw foam Pool parties and do a lot of water activities! We love you Hardrock until next time!! "
