Sweet, comfortable, convenient, modest hotel close to the main square. This location makes it a little noisy since there are a lot of bars and restaurants nearby. It’s a great value for the money if you are not looking for luxury. Staff are friendly and helpful. Eggs, toast and fruit for breakfast. We felt very safe.

The hotel is quite overpriced for what you get- its very authentic and payinv over 200 bucks for 1 night seemed over the top.Location is good. The front desk man tried to swindle us on a taxi saying we had to pay him what woukd have been 400 pesos more than it shohld have been to go to the airport. We walked out disgusted he thought we were stupid tourists to be taken advantage of.

This is a safe place. The breakfast is very authentic and pretty good. The sheets are polyester. The property is noisy at night due to fun activity around the hotel. Take the good with the bad I guess.

This is a great hotel! Worth the price! Would be nice to have an area around pool for sun tanning, and wifi was touch and go except for in the "wifi zones" in the common areas, it was good there. Nice, clean, great staff, good breakfast included, water available, excellent location!!! Highly recommend!

The staff was very kind but limited English, not a complaint, just a comment. The room was clean and comfortable. You can't flush the toilet after using toilet paper, not uncommon in Mexico but visitors need to know. Our air conditioner was a little funky, it is difficult to get ice, there is no in room coffee but you will get a delicious breakfast and coffee starting at 7:30 AM. The pool picture is deceiving, it isn't really great. The view from the roof top is though! Great location! We felt safe and will stay again for a couple of days. Not enough amenities for a week for us.

I have this hotel excellent ratings. I would like to mention to readers it is not the Ritz or Hilton by far, due to the age of the property, however, the courteous staff, location and onsite pool cannot be beat on this strip of Javier Rojo Gomez. It is very true to the old days of Puerto, when there was a dirt road leading into the portside from the highway, that was my first visit to Puerto in the 80's. We booked a return trip before we checked out. The staff is very helpful.
