We came here as a family of 8 in three rooms, it has been fun and enjoyable with the kids. The overall experience has been good, the staff good. The restaurants and food choices could be improved but this is Mexico.

The room was clean, we loved the amenities. Just as a recommendation book the restaurants even before your arrival and for the hotel you should score people to their rooms as it’s very easy to get lost and help people with their luggage, it’s a long walk

Overall our family enjoyed the Grand Oasis for it's varied outdoor spaces, with peacocks and koi fish; multiple dining and bar options offered good service and selection. The beach and lack of was too rough for young children as well as no outdoor play area accessible to children under 4.

Awesome Resort ,7+restaurants to choose from,5 bars all around the resort by the pool. In December nice weather in the 90’s no seaweed in the beach ,clean from Sargassum . Very nice just walk to the outside of the Resort and take a red bus for a $1.00 or 12 pesos and it takes you to down town Cancun Mall, Flea Market, Stores.if you’re the for birthday or anniversary recommend Columbus , so romantic

They cleaned the room twice in 4 days which was fine. The grounds were very nice and the food was good. The gym was way better than expected. The only downfall, which was a big one, they only had 2 blenders total !!

Hello there, it was a great experience but I give 3 stars rating because firstly, was promised a free bottle of wine because I’m a silver member, which I never got and secondly found a roach in our room. But besides those two obstacles, everyone was very friendly and everything else was great….especially the service and food was awesome, I would visit again and would recommend to anyone! :)

The food was just ok. No seasoning. Hard to get reservations at the nicer restaurants. The pool was crowded but clean. The room was very basic and outdated. They're is a stocked fridge in the room but they don't refill it. All in all it was a good value and great location.

Great resort, great location, reliable staff, with that being said, horrible place to eat, if you are staying more than 4 days, get ready coz the food gets old pretty quick, there’s not many variety, you have to make reservation EVERY NIGHT in advance, otherwise you are going to be eating at the buffet every night, for instance, once we arrived we tried to make reservation for the steak house and they only had available 9 nights after the day we checked in, so if you are staying only 7 nights you don’t get to eat at the steak house at all, their Italian restaurant it’s a joke, every single dish on the menu had squid, fish, oysters, calamari, it looks more of a seafood place than Italian at all, I was so disappointed tried to get a lasagna coz you can’t go wrong with lasagna and looks like they just heated up out of a microwave, so I gave up trying to enjoy food at this place, great resort, just the food sucks.

The staff were not friendly; there was only 1 person working at each station which led to long line ups just to get a drink; the food was cold and labels were not put in the right place; they only had 2 restaurants available for regular customers and they tried to upsell you to purchase the black membership to have access to the rest of the restaurants. Their bar/club was reserved for privates events for highschool students during the weekend, so we had no access to it. Overall, the facility is massive and had great swimming pool areas and beach was good but no chairs. I wouldn’t go back there nor will I recommend it.

I had a fantastic overall experience at Oasis Cancun during my vacation—the resort itself is stunning, with breathtaking views that made every moment feel special. The food was decent and offered a good variety for an all-inclusive stay. That said, some staff interactions could use some real improvement; the towel personnel were a bit rude, along with some restaurant staff (Sarape restaurant) and the tour and beer staff came across as unfriendly at times. On the bright side, the two young lifeguards and lady lifeguard thank you for helping my mother in law who suffered fainting you guys were exceptional and truly went above and beyond, overall for an all-inclusive package, I'd expect a friendlier vibe from the team to match the great location. I'd still recommend it for the views and vibe! - Jorge & Jessica

The check in was a mess, though they give an early check in into the resort, we did not get our room clean and available to 5 PM. The checkin staff do not provide any details regarding the dining options/reservation timings or shows or other facilities.You see lot of staff walking around but they are least helpful. It is confusing as they have different levels and not everything in the resort is available to everyone in the resort. The Buffet food is horrible and repetitive. The good part of the resort is the beautiful beach, the garden and the resort is beautiful as is. In the Dine in restaurants the food is really good and the staff are really friendly but a long wait for the reservation.
