"Property is somehow older and is in need of some repairs. Restaurants are OK. some of the food is not excelent. Stakes in the Mediterranean restaurants were pretty chewy. food is good but not outstanding. It is kind of mexican food for tourists. Staff is very good. Helpful people, very nice. Waiters and bar staff are excellent. a special thanks to Norberto from the big buffet "Ventanas" and to Patricio and Brandon from the bar area. Overall, a decent place to spend some vacation but not the best. Price/quality is OK."

"Everything about the hotel and the food was great the only issue I had was pertaining to the room. The toilet was broken and there was an issue with the hot water which they fixed both things quickly. The only other thing I would suggest is that they get real mirrors, they had those weird fake mirrors that get ugly looking and have black dots on them after they wear, if that makes any sense."
