"I found the physical structure and amenities very poorly maintained. To say “you can put lipstick on a pig, but it’s still a pig” pretty much sums up the appearance! The location was good, with two local restaurants off site within walking distance. The hotel restaurant was decent. The pool and beach where good..The room cleanliness was excellent. To Sum it up, this was a low cost accommodation, clean and hospitable, with desperate need of remodeling. The hotel was built in 1946 ( The Bel Air Hotel)"

"Clean hotel and rooms. Crisp sheets and comfortable bed. Really good breakfast with lots of choices between meats, eggs, cereals, breads, yogurts, jellow, and fresh fruit and juices. Very impressed 👏 👌 👍 "

"Great property. Buffet restaurant was always clean and filled with great choices for every meal. The other restaurants do not require reservations, but the later you go, the longer you will wait. Servers at the beach and poolside were super attentive and awesome!"

"They asked if we were celebrating anything, we told them we were celebrating an anniversary. They proceeded to not do anything to make us feel special. In that case, why ask? There was mold in the bathroom. Wish I took pictures but if you’re in room 2548, the bathroom ceiling is very moldy. Coming home, all my clothes reeked like mold. There were a couple employees that were very nice. But overall would not stay here again. I wish there was more information online about restaurants/food was available as well as excursions offered. I also don’t think they like Expedia guests.."
