"It was our first time in Cancun and it went better than okay!. The staff was friendly , helpful , and nice. We appreciate the two bartenders Enrique and Jose so always providing great service. Apart from the staff , the only thing is the food isn’t the best but it is food so please don’t listen to the ungrateful people saying the food was terrible because in the end we were feed. We will definitely be coming back and we appreciate the entire staff there for making this a great vacation! "

"The food is terrible. The drinks are all made with sugar free sodas and juices with the only other option being tequila shots or beer. The bar closes at 11pm, and doesn’t open until 11am. The staff is indifferent and not helpful. I tried to use my 2 reservations at the restaurants and all the times were taken except 9pm because their app was malfunctioning. Our door didn’t even close all the way, you could see sunlight thought the door frame where the lock is. Walls are paper thin. They try to strongarm you into buying a THIRTY YEAR membership so that you can access their other properties in Cancun. I’d call them the Spirit airlines of hotels. I was not impressed and will never go back. Budget friendly and flat out crappy are two different things. This place was disgusting and not worth it. "
