The rooms are great, staff is wonderful, food is excellent, & it’s such a fun place to stay & play! Abdiel & Andrea gave us a complementary nicer room, which we appreciated! In general, the resort is a party-vibe. I recommend you look up the theme nights & bring your outfits for the parties!

The experience was disappointing overall. The food didn’t taste fresh. On top of that, some of the Punta bar staff were rude and not very welcoming, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable. Definitely not a place I’d rush back to.
