"Absolutely amazing property. The views are breathtaking. Three very spacious bedrooms and nice attached bathrooms. There is an additional half bath downstairs. Two of the upstairs bedrooms have amazing balconies looking off the cliffs into the ocean. There’s a perfect plunge pool on the patio which again overlooks the ocean. Iguanas are everywhere and it’s like watching National Geographic. This is a convenient location to the Mango Cafe which has the best breakfast on the island. It’s also walking distance to convenience stores for food/drink and supplies. Fernanda greeted us when we arrived and gave us the tour. The house is clean and spacious with all modern amenities including a beautiful kitchen with spacious granite bar. WiFi is great especially compared to what we have previously experienced in Isla Mujeres. TV’s everywhere if you ever want to watch them. We love this location, which is less hectic and convenient to both North beach as well as punta Sur. We have stayed in Isla Mujeres multiple times, but this is the best spot we have found. We will definitely be back again."

"We had a wonderful stay at this property. Host was quick to respond and there was a property manager on site that met us at the property when we arrived off the ferry and was very helpful. Home was quiet and secluded. We rented a golf cart and the drive into main area of town was about 15 minutes each way. Home was perfect for 3 couples."

"Had a wonderful stay. The condo is absolutely beautiful and was very accommodating for our party of 6 adults. Plenty of room, with comfortable furniture, beds and great air conditioning. Communication with property manager was easy and Alex was very responsive. I highly recommend this condo and will definitely book again."

"The house was clean , and host was welcoming and available for us whenever needed. They helped with getting taxis when needed and arranged golf carts for our big family. The location was perfect if you rent a golf cart or get a taxi. Never had any issue with getting around and views were amazing. "

"We stayed for five days at Casa Kim and really enjoyed it. Having two levels made it easy for our group to spread out, and the rooftop was a great place to gather, swim, and eat together. The beds were comfortable and the AC kept everything cool when the temperatures went up.We ran into a couple minor issues during our stay, but Robb and the property manager responded quickly and took care of them right away.The location worked really well for us. It’s just a block from the Mirador Payo Obispo walking path, which became one of our favorite morning spots for sunrise. You also get great views from the Casa Kim rooftop, so it was nice having both options. It’s an easy walk into La Gloria for great street food, and you can reach pretty much anywhere on the island in about 15 minutes.One thing we really appreciated was being in a neighborhood that felt more local than touristy. You’re living among residents going about their daily lives, which made the experience feel much more authentic.Overall, Casa Kim was a safe, comfortable, and well-located base for exploring Isla Mujeres, and we would happily stay there again."

The daily service was very good as well. i would recommend this property to anyone coming to ISLA-it is located in the center of the island and close to everything."
