"Gave the hotel 5 stars but can see why people give lower. Needs a major renovation. Plug sockets didn't work, tv broke etc but we was never in to nake it a problem."

"It was a little bumpy to start because ac does not operate the way we used to. We stay two nights with them and their staff was friendly. The lady checked us in even come up to help with our ac. Our room has a nice mattresses and has a nice ocean view. We moved to another ac hotel near cruise terminal last night and we regretted about it. The ac near the terminal has very old mattress. It has the worst mattress that we have ever seen with marriot. The ac hotel near cruise terminal has a motel 6 quality of the mattress. If we knew, we would choose to stay at this ac hotel. We"

"This was a very nice hotel. Our room was beautiful and clean exactly what we expected except maybe a little bit small. We had dinner in the area. It was great we just walked. We walked to the green space in the morning that it’s right next to super beautiful and more delicious lunch there Italian place near there was wonderful."

"I had a wonderful time here. The environment was nice, with a quiet, beautiful golf field view and decent swimming pools nearby. The stuff was friendly, attentive and helpful. They even prepared a bottle of complimentary sparkling wine for my birthday when I didn’t mention anything about it. I bought the half board package, which includes 2 buffets a day. The foods were good and were slightly different day to day. I am very happy with the stay here and I definitely will recommend it to other people interested to go to Tenerife. "

"All the staff in reception are amazing. Really friendly and caring with great language skills. The gym is much better than the typical hotel gym. I would suggest something be done to enhance the water pressure in the shower. Otherwise, everything was exceptional. "
