"3rd stay and the hotel is still in excellent condition - lovely spacious rooms, drinks quality is unbeatable especially compared to other all inclusive. However the à la carte dining options had changed (condensed into one restaurant) and the food quality was significantly worse in the sports bar and Asian fusion. Buffet remained excellent. "

"Balcony view onto a side street. Breakfast was fine. Very dated hotel. Booked very last minute due to a missed flight. Fine for an emergency. Had to ask for pillow cases and was only one sheet on the bed, this could have been due to arriving 20 minutes after booking . . . . Pancakes at breakfast were a joy"

The hotel itself is beautiful, peaceful, and perfectly suited for a relaxing getaway. As a vegan couple, we were especially pleased to find dedicated vegan menu options, which made dining easy and enjoyable throughout our stay. Puerto Calero, just nearby, is a lovely marina area with great scenery and a calm atmosphere — perfect for a stroll or a sunset drink. We did have a small room service issue during our stay, but once we raised it, the team handled it promptly and professionally. Being an adults-only resort makes it ideal for couples looking to unwind, and the nightly shows provide great entertainment without disrupting the tranquil atmosphere. We would definitely recommend Secrets Lanzarote Resort & Spa for couples seeking relaxation, great service, and a memorable stay."
