She handled the situation professionally and ensured the rest of our stay went smoothly, which we really appreciated. She also arranged a birthday cake and a drink, which was a lovely touch. The accommodation itself was excellent, with a superb location and easy access to everywhere. It’s perfectly situated for exploring on foot, so there’s no need for taxis as everything is within walking distance. "

"We had an excellent stay, front desk staff were very helpful to help with tours and transportation to/from station. Take advantage of the complimentary tour to Murano glass factory, then can arrange your transportation to Burano etc on your own (our choice). The room was quite spacious, and the breakfast was excellent, and we each received our carafe of coffee each morning..we were very well taken of! We had a drink in the lounge, it was always quite bustling. Really enjoyed our stay!"
