Elevated sunroom view of Campbellton, the famous Restigouche River known for its Salmon fishing, Appalachians mountains with balcony, large yard and barbeque. Northern lights are sometimes visible. Barrier free access to house. Queen sofa couch in sunroom as well as two bedrooms. WIFI and smart TV. Quiet cul de sac.
Sugarloaf Park with camping, mountain biking, hiking and skiing is nearby. Mt. Carleton Provincial Park is one hour away.
Quebec is across the river with several National parks like Miguasha and Gaspesie for hiking and camping.
