"The house looks great in pictures but actually made us gasp in person! The interior is SO beautifully decorated and unique. It’s very spacious, has beautiful outdoor areas for lounging, and the house was immaculately clean as well. Accessing the property was very easy, and the host is super friendly. They were easy to communicate with and very knowledgeable about the area. The location cannot be beat, you are so close to everything and the neighborhood was very pretty. This home was perfect for our group and I would stay here every time I’m in Austin!!"
"We had an incredible stay here. The property is beautiful and clean and the outdoor area is so nice and relaxing. I had a college reunion with 7 girls and we stayed here very comfortably. The location is incredible, just a short walk to Barton springs and the trail. Host is very attentive and nice. There are sky lights in most of the rooms including bedrooms so if you’re wanting to sleep in I would bring a sleep mask. "

"The towels were stained the beds were stained. The door does not lock or is secure. We had to put out chair between the bed and the door and the door still opens that way. There’s a big hole in one of the outlets. The carpet feel slimy. There’s no cold water in the bathtub. The paint is chipped all over. Just a terrible building."
