"Beautiful hotel, nice views of the river and New Jersey. Staff was amazing, very old architecture vibes . Perfect spot for food and bars and great walking distance to a lot! 100% Will visit again. Only thing is the room did need a mirror besides the one in the bathroom. Be careful where you park tho, Philly will tow! Haha but that was a mistake on the city not the hotel. They all were amazing!"

"My stay was okay overall, but there were several areas where the guest experience could be improved. Check-in was efficient, but the customer service felt very impersonal. There was no warm welcome or acknowledgment that we were guests. The interaction felt rushed and transactional rather than hospitable. One of the biggest issues was the lack of information provided at check-in. We were not told about the complimentary breakfast, which I had completely forgotten was included. We also were not informed that there is no microwave in the guest rooms and that a shared community microwave is available instead. There was little to no signage directing guests to the microwave area or the water station, so unless you specifically ask, you may never know these amenities exist. The common areas, including the elevator and hallways, were fine. The room itself was decent, although it had a slight musty odor upon arrival. I also found hair in the bathroom that appeared to have been left behind by either a previous guest or housekeeping. Fortunately, I had cleaning supplies with me and was able to clean it myself. I also attempted to add my stay to my rewards account but was told I could not receive credit because I booked through a third-party platform. This was surprising, as I have never encountered that issue before. Overall, the hotel met the basic needs for my stay, but better customer service, clearer communication about amenities, and more attention to housekeeping would grea"
